aroline Reddy was born in Shiraz, Iran, and spent the first eight years of  her life in Tehran before relocating to Paris, France, and then finally settling with her family in Westchester, New York. Caroline Reddy is a Reiki Master, a Zen practitioner and a student of Taekwondo. 

   Her work has appeared in numerous journals including Active Muse, Calliope, Star*Line, and Tupelo Quarterly Review among others. In the fall of 2021, she was nominated for the Best of the Net prize by Active Muse for her poem “A Sacred Dance.”

    Caroline Reddy’s work has also appeared in anthologies such as: Deep Overstock, Old Favorites and Iranian Women Speak, in which she contributed the introduction (along with two poems) to raise awareness for Women-Life-Freedom (Zan-Zendegi-Azadi) revolution in Iran. Caroline lives in New Rochelle, New York.
